What $99 a month actually gets you

Cheap website offers usually hide something. Here is the whole thing, including the parts that are not included.

Short version. $99 a month, nothing up front, twelve-month term. You own the domain. There is no other charge.

The terms, plainly

Nothing to pay up front. $99 a month for twelve months, then month to month — cancel any time after that.

If you cancel inside the twelve months there is a $499 buyout, which is written in the agreement before you sign it. That exists because we build the site before being paid for it.

Your domain is registered in your name from the start, and everything you write and upload is yours. If you leave, the domain goes with you. You will pay your registrar about fifteen dollars a year for it, and that is the only cost that is not in the $99.

Who owns what

You own your domain, your content, your photos, and your customer data. We own the website's code and keep it running, hosted, patched, and online.

That is what makes $99 possible: we are not selling you a one-off build, we are running a site for you. If you leave, you take the domain and the content and point it wherever you like.

Custom applications are the exception. If we build you software — a booking system, an internal tool — that code is delivered to you and it is yours outright.

Changing things

You get an admin login. Text, photos, hours, prices, staff — you change those yourself, from a phone, at eleven at night if you want. No ticket, no waiting on us.

It is deliberately narrow: it edits content, it cannot break the layout. If you want a new page or a design change, that is us, and it is quoted first.

If you would rather not touch it at all, the $149 plan is the one where we make the changes for you.

Why it can be this cheap

Hosting genuinely costs us almost nothing — the sites are static files served from a free tier, and that is not a trick, it is just what static hosting costs now.

The build is faster than it used to be. There is no office, no sales team, and no project manager. And because you make your own everyday changes, we are not spending hours a month on small edits.

The honest catch

It is five pages, not twenty. Google Business Profile setup and ongoing SEO are not included — those are real work and they are priced separately. Everyday edits are yours to make; if you want us doing them, that is $149.

The code stays ours. And there is a twelve-month commitment.

If any of those are dealbreakers, one of the other options on this page is a better fit and we would rather point you at it than sell you the wrong thing.

Still think we're the right fit?

$99 a month, nothing up front, live in about a week.
