A real website for your business. $99 a month. Nothing up front.
Five pages, your own domain, hosting, and an admin login so you can update it yourself. Built in about a week for small businesses around the Fox Valley.
What you get
- Five pages, written for your business
- An admin login so you can edit your own text, photos, and hours
- Works properly on a phone
- Your own domain name, registered in your name
- Contact form that emails you
- Hosting, security, and an SSL padlock
- Loads in under a second
What you don't get
Cheap website offers usually hide the limits. Here they are up front, because finding out later wastes both our time.
Us making your changes
At $99 you edit the site yourself through the admin. It's built to be easy. If you'd rather we did it, that's the $149 plan.
Google Business Profile setup
Worth doing and worth paying for — it drives more calls than the website. It's part of the $249 plan, or a one-off fee.
Ongoing SEO work
The site is built to be found. Actively competing for rankings every month is a real service with real hours in it.
An online store
Selling products online is a different job. We do it, it isn't $99.
Twenty pages
Five covers most small businesses. More is $149 and up — we'll say if you need it.
The code
You own your domain and your content. The site itself stays ours and we keep it running. Custom applications are different — those you own outright.
Should you even hire us?
Genuinely, sometimes not. These compare us against the alternatives, including where the alternatives win.
$99 Sites vs. building it yourself on Wix or Squarespace
We will start with the case against us: for some businesses, Wix is genuinely the right answer.
Why agencies quote $5,000 and we don't
Agency quotes are not a scam. The money goes somewhere real. It is worth knowing where, so you can tell whether you need it.
What $99 a month actually gets you
Cheap website offers usually hide something. Here is the whole thing, including the parts that are not included.
Questions
- Is it really $99 with nothing up front?
- Yes. Nothing to pay until the site is live and you've approved it. $99 a month for twelve months, then month to month. If you cancel inside the twelve months there's a $499 buyout, and that's written in the agreement before you sign anything.
- What's the catch?
- It's five pages, not twenty. Google Business Profile setup and ongoing SEO aren't included — those are real work and priced separately. Everyday edits are yours to make through the admin; if you want us doing them, that's the $149 plan. And there's a twelve-month commitment, because we build the site before we've been paid for it.
- Can I change things myself?
- Yes — that's the point of the $99 plan. You get an admin login for text, photos, hours, and prices. It edits content and can't break the layout, so you can't get it wrong. New pages or design changes are us, and quoted first.
- Who owns what?
- You own your domain, your content, your photos, and your customer data. We own the website's code and keep it hosted, patched, and online — that's what makes $99 work. If you leave, you take the domain and content and point them wherever you like. Custom software we build for you is different: that code is yours outright.
- How long does it take?
- About a week from the point we have your information. Most of the wait is usually us waiting on photos or details from you.
- What if I already have a website?
- We'll rebuild it and keep the pages that are already working so you don't lose any search rankings you've built. Same price.
